My husband and I and our 4 teenagers had a great time at Clip N Zip. We had Kevin, Poul, Denis, and Soyto as our guides and they were a riot. They took good care of us. I highly recommend them!

7 of us had a wonderful tour with J.C. and Dennis at Clip and Zip. They made all of our group feel safe and have fun. The guides were so engaging with all of our group- my 11 year old wants a job there! The tour was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended- all of us would do it again. Thanks!

We had a great experience with ClipnZip. Kerinton and Danilo were our guides, and they were extremely aware of our safety at all times. We were always clipped to a safety line, and they made the whole experience so much fun that we all four wished we had gone back over the course again! I came in a little fast at one of the platforms, and Danilo put himself between me and the tree to be sure I was not injured. This is a great group of people, a wonderful experience, and a reasonable fee. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

I have read the complaints from the Robin family, including the part where you referred to the thief as an idiot. My experience could not have been more different. But I must say -- if you're carrying $2700 cash in your wallet and put it into an unsecured back pocket while ziplining, then I think you qualify for idiot status. Caveat emptor.

Yes, it may seem hard to believe that you could have your wallet stolen by one of these extra friendly guides while being harnessed up. But, think again........ my husband paid for our zip at the counter and then got harnessed up and within 10/15 minutes his wallet was out of his back pocket! Before we had even started our zip tour...... so if you think it can't happen your WRONG. The saddest part of all is that the idiot that stole all our money didn't even turn in our drivers license and other belongings. As if the $2700.00 cash was not enough for the idiot. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU GO TO THIS PLACE, DO NOT CARRY A WALLET IN YOUR BACK POCKET!!!!

It was so much fun my entire family had a blast!!!!! Our guides were Dennis, Leonel, Bruce, and Elder. They were really funny and really great guides. Roatan is a beautiful island and I would love to go back sometime and of course I would go to Clip N' Zip and do it again. I loved it so much!!

Have been reading the last few reviews and find it hard to believe that these guys would pick pocket you when you were getting harnessed??? Oh well,, we just got back and you were the highlight of our trip! Great time had by all, and we would use you again if we ever do this voyage again.

I had such a great time zip lining me and my mom and my nephew .. the gentlemen that helped us were so sweet and they really took care of my mom and helped her though the trees and up the hills .. bc she has breathing problems .. I kno Jerome & Eddie and I forgot the rest of there names but they were all great guys ... it was a blast and i would love to go back and do it again .. My family has just gotten back from Roatan, where we visited clip n zip. Please be cautious while getting harnessed, my fathers wallet was PICK POCKETED between the time he payed to right after he was harnessed up. While getting harnessed everyone is excited and taking pictures, giving the staff the perfect opportunity to snatch a wallet. A worker is also in the harnessing area with a monkey for visitors to pet & hold. We have heard from numerous sources that the monkeys are also trained to pick pocket! The staff was very rude, dishonest, and defensive when we mentioned the wallet. The zip lining experience itself was amazing. We just want to warn others to be cautious and alert around the monkey and harnessing staff!

DISHONEST WORKERS..... my wallet was pick pocketed while being harnessed up at this facility. Within moments it was gone. Beware of the monkey there to distract tourist and do not ask for help from the Rude woman at the counter. We will pass this information around so that this does not happen to anyone else at your facility.

Be very CAUTIOUS HERE, there is a monkey there while you are getting harnessed up attracting your attention. While my husband was getting harnessed up, he was PICK POCKETED. His wallet gone in seconds with all our money!!! The rude women who runs the window was so defensive when we asked if anyone turned in a drivers license, we knew the idiot was keeping all the money but we would have appreciated the wallet and other items. Zip lining was awesome but dont trust any of the workers!!!

Victor and Jerry made our first experience awesome. Everyone at Clip 'N' Zip were very nice and made it easy and enjoyable.

This was one of the best excursions ever. Leonel and Kerre made it even better. Even my 6 years old had a blast. Definitely worth it.

Awesome!!! Can't wait to go back. The guides were awesome and so much fun. JC and Denis were outstanding. Wish I had pictures to share with my friends. No one believes this old mom did it. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks!!!

The location to the port was perfect. The Zip Line was awesome! Jerry and Victor were excellent guides. It could not have been an better choice!
